PIVOT listens to competitor team radio during a session and turns it into real-time strategic intelligence, automatically. It catches everything — so the strategist can stay focused on their own race while still knowing what the competition is doing.
What PIVOT does
- Receives the channels you choose. Analog and digital radio — NXDN (Kenwood) and DMR (Motorola). PIVOT receives open team radio the way any receiver at the circuit can; it simply listens, and makes what it hears usable.
- Transcribes speech to text in real time. Text appears within seconds of the key-up ending, while the call still matters.
- Detects the words that matter. Pit calls, fuel, tires, yellows, damage — scanned against your own keyword and pattern lists.
- Alerts the strategist the moment something relevant is said, rather than leaving it buried in a feed nobody has time to read.
- Builds a timestamped, searchable log for the debrief — every transmission kept with its audio.

Every transmission appears as a transcript on a solid team-color plate — the car is identifiable before a word is read.
Three-tier keyword alerts
Critical (box, pit this lap, come in), warning (full course yellow, code 60, safety car) and info (fuel, tires, gap, push) are color-coded in the feed. Every list is editable — you add the terms that matter to your race.
Listen as well as read
Monitor mode plays transmissions aloud in order, never overlapping, and any line can be replayed on the spot.

The whole stand, not one screen
PIVOT broadcasts a read-only live transcript page on your own network. Any laptop or tablet opens it in a browser — nothing to install, and no way for a viewer to disturb the machine doing the recording.
Discovery Mode
You cannot listen to a channel you do not know about. Discovery Mode uses any unused radio in the system to scan for and catalog the activity around you — every channel in use, when it is busy, and how often.
Candidates are reviewed, attributed to a car or a role, and promoted straight into your monitored list. The catalog carries across the season, so the work you do at one circuit is already done at the next.
After the session
- Everything is kept. Audio, timestamp, car and transcript for every transmission, in a session archive.
- Searchable debrief. Search the full transcript, filter to one car, jump straight to the audio behind any line.
- Voices get names. Label a speaker once and PIVOT recognizes that voice afterwards, so the transcript reads as people rather than channels.
- Exportable report. One standalone file — whole session or a single car — that looks exactly like the live feed and opens on any machine. Forward it; no software needed at the other end.

- Not a replacement for the strategist. It is a second set of ears that never gets distracted and never stops listening.
